The 21,000 series dynamometer offers the best horsepower and speed ratings in a compact unit. Consisting of twin 36" diameter wide rolls. The total mechanical equivalent inertia is approximately 2400 lbs. Maximum axle weight is 12,000 lbs, track width range is 102". The 21,000 series is perfect for diesel, high torque and high speed applications. The 21,000 series dyno comes standard with our X Factor Knurling option which provides the highest traction over all other competitors. The 21,000 is easily the world's best engineered dynamometer as the eddy brake sits directly on the shaft between the two rolls - no need to couple with a belt or universal joint all power is directly transferred from the wheels to the load cell.
The 21,000 series is not only designed for ultra-high horsepower vehicles but provides the utmost in accuracy and repeatability for all testing scenarios -drag strip, steady state, acceleration and coast-down tests. Large roll dyno's offer minimal tire deformation and maximum contact patch area providing repeatability and accuracy from test to test.

5 Gas Analyzer
2WD 21000 Eddy Brake:
DC 5 Gas Analyzer: Look no farther than the DC-5 GAS for your gas analyzer needs. This all-in-one, portable machine meets BAR and OIML standards and will provide you with an emission diagnostics and trouble-shooting tool that will drastically reduce your diagnostic and tune-up time.
DC-5 GAS analyzer measures five emission gases, including Hydrocarbons (HC), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Oxygen (O2) and Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX). Based on gas concentrations,
DC-5 GAS will calculate the Air to Fuel Ratio (AFR), Lambda () and Grams per
Mile (GPM). It will also provide a read-out for an optional Tachometer that handles up to 30,000 RPM. With this much information in one place, you can diagnose and tune any fuel-related issues while having all of the relevant information displayed in six super-bright, oversized displays.
In addition to the above features, you can measure exhaust gases from two tail pipes and average the readings or set up an exhaust dilution value to warn you if there are air-leaks in the exhaust system. With the standard 12VDC jack in addition to the 110VAC-230VAC, you can connect the DC-5 GAS to the car battery or cigarette lighter and take it along for a drive test to see how the vehicle behaves in real driving situations. You can use the internal record feature to store all eight parameters and download the information to a PC when you return.
Drag-Tree: Now you can perform 1/4 mile drag simulations on the dyno. Within a 1/10th of a second accuracy the drag tree features dual Pre-stage & Stage bulbs and the flood lamps are spaced in accordance to NHRA/IHRA National Event trees. Our trees are made of 100% structural aluminum with a 25 lb steel base stand.
INCLUDES: 6 foot aluminum tree, Incandescent Flood Lamps, 40 ft cable, 25 lb base stand, cigarette lighter adapter for the eliminator practice tree, and 2 vehicle connections (so you can sit in your race car and practice). Also includes special Dynocom harness that plugs directly into the Dynocom JBOX.
DC Fan: Dynocom supports plug-n-play options like an auxiliary output for a fan. Two options available. Pedestal fan for above ground applications and a floor fan for pit options. Plugs directly into the JBOX and turns on/off during dyno runs.
Wireless OBDII : Our wireless module for OBDII Applications provides real time data from the OBDII port on all 1996 and newer vehicles. This data is available to be viewed live in the dynamometer software and is also recorded into the dyno run.
You can view all support channels of the OBDII data, such as spark advance, throttle position, engine coolant temperatures, inlet air temperature, calculated load, and numerous other parameters right along side your dyno results.
